GEOFFREY CLAPP - DIRECTOR
Geoffrey Clapp has over 20 years experience as an Auctioneer and Estate Agent in North Devon.
Having commenced his working life with an agricultural estate agent and auctioneer, Geoff then spent over 20 years as a partner in one of the largest and most successful dairy farms in Mid Devon. In 2000, Geoff returned to estate agency and this led to the formation of Geoffrey Clapp Associates in 2010. Geoff is passionate about providing an individual service and is always delighted to see old clients - some of whom he has know for over 40 years.
Away from the office Geoff loves flying. For many years he held a private pilot licence and was a part owner of a Cessna adding an impressive number of flying hours to his pilot's log. Geoff has a wide and varied range of interests that includes working in his vegetable garden and pottering in his shed (although Stella his partner says he is no Alan Titchmarsh!). He also enjoys motor racing, travelling, sampling restaurants and fine wine.
Geoffrey is heavily involved in local charity affairs as Chairman of Abbeyfield, South Molton in which he is has overall responsibility for the provision of care for the elderly in two local assisted living homes.
