STELLA GERSCHWILER – DIRECTOR
Stella spent 20 years working in central London in the life assurance and pensions industry for Hambros and later with brokers in Cambridge where she was involved in corporate and professional work as well as assisting in the organising of financial conferences.
In 1983 Stella moved to Devon and became involved in running a small farm. She was also a key member of the original organising committee of the Tiverton based Mid Devon Show which has subsequently grown into one of the largest agricultural shows in the south west.
Stella joined the estate agency profession in 2004 and is a founding Director of Geoffrey Clapp Associates.
With a childhood spent mostly in the Swiss mountains, skiing remains her favourite pastime – ‘Even if the pace is somewhat slower than in past years!’ says Stella.
When on terra firma - travelling, opera, ballet and renaissance art are top of her pastimes list. Stella serves on the Executive Committee of the South Molton Business Association and on the North Devon Branch committee of the RNLI.
